What remains separate
Factory qualification, engineering acceptance, contracting, payment risk, warranty, import duties, customs, registration, insurance and destination-side regulatory review remain with the buyer and qualified providers.
Evidence over assumptions
Family descriptions frame questions; the quoted build and order need their own records.
Vehicle and body
Bind frame dimensions, cargo body, curb weight, payload basis, load distribution, suspension, brakes, wheels and tires to the quotation revision.
Battery and route
Request nominal and usable kWh, pack identification where offered, connector, charger and test conditions including cargo load, speed, terrain, stops and temperature.
Documents and destination
Ask what exact category, model, configuration and model year each report or declaration covers. Qualified destination parties must assess applicability.
Commercial scope
Keep tooling, sample, inspection, packing, inland transport, freight, duty and destination services separate. A low unit line is not evidence of a lower total cost.
